Pre-Order Items

All pre-order items are sourced to order — we purchase each piece from the brand upon receiving your order. As each purchase initiates a dedicated procurement process, all pre-order sales are final and non-refundable, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(c).

In Stock Items

For in-stock items shipped within the EU, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging
• All tags, labels and protective materials must be intact
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Returned items will undergo a thorough authenticity and condition inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not match our records or shows signs of use.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
